On Date of Oct 29, 2022, the government lears come to visit the on-going installation four way radio shuttle racking system.
This project started installation from Oct 8th. and we spend 45days to complete whole four way shuttle racking including the automatic four way shuttles, vertical lifts. Conveyor systems, racking systems and other related equipment and other standard racking systems. Our project managers open a short Project Installation Launch Ceremony at client’s warehouse site.

Part one four way shuttle racking
In the warehouse, ouman company designed four way shuttle racking for client’s warehouse. Our installation team was installing the shuttle racking. All racking frames are installed with adjustable foot bases.it is a good solution for radio shuttle commissioning. Because sometimes the ground floor of warehouse is always uneven. if use the adjustable base, it is easy to adjust the height.
Automatic four way shuttle racking is an automated high-density storage and retrieval system for palletized goods. It is used widely in the food and beverage industry, chemical industry, and third party logistics centers. Compared with the standard radio shuttle system, ouman four way shuttle system can move in 4 directions in the main aisles and sub aisles. And meantime,no need manual operation and forklift works, so greatly save the warehouse labor cost and also improve the warehouse working efficiency.
Part two drive in racking system in the warehouse.
Government leaders are on-site visiting the racking installation. Mr. Wei and other leaders were asking about the safety installation rack and the installation procedures and also ask whether we have any problems during the installation.
Drive in pallet racking is an high density racking system for warehouse storage that maximizes available space and height in the warehouse by reducing the forklift operating aisles.
It is made up of an easy-to-assemble and -reset modular structure, which makes it easy to maintain.Compact racking can be either Drive in racking, with only one access aisle, where the last load in is the first one out, or Drive through racking, with an entrance and exit, where the first load in is the first one out.
